Finding a new job can be daunting, but what specifically do job seekers feel stands in their way?
In a recent Monster poll which asked, “What is the hardest part to changing jobs?” most respondents said interviewing, followed by updating their cover letters and resumes.
The U.S. poll, which ran on the Monster.com homepage from April 21 to May 5, received 1,635 responses. Here is the raw data:
