Carl Warren & Company is a national, employee-owned Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA) that specializes in managing the claims and subrogation processes for clients nationwide. We currently have close to 300 employees working out of 36 offices nationwide. The Company was founded in 1944, and over the past 7 decades has developed into one of the preeminent claims administration firms, in terms of quality, in the country. In 1975, Carl Warren & Company became an entirely employee-owned corporation using an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). That ESOP now owns 100% of the company and is participated in by all of our employees. Carl Warren & Company was named to the 2014 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, and was the 2013 National ESOP Company of the Year.
