Overall program management, including identifying and managing requirements and programmatic tasks, Developing the designs and detailed engineering for the customer network, Refining the architecture, developing the configuration and routing/forwarding tables for the customer network, Developing the configuration, bandwidth sizing requirements, and routing/forwarding tables for the Top Level Architecture (TLA) security stacks. Skills and Qualifications5+ years of experience developing and working with the ServiceNow Platform with modules Change Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Workflow Engine, Asset Management, and Incident and Problem Management.
