Education: High School Diploma/GED combined with a minimum three years experience (within the last five years) in an emergency communications center performing call taking and dispatch for law enforcement, fire, or emergency medical services, as well as familiarity with emergency management and the incident command system preferred; or an equivalent combination of training and experience operating multi-line telephone systems, two-way radio systesm, electronic office equipment and computers as well as knowledge in the use of computer aided dispatch or task-specific date entry software, spreadsheets, word processors and databases. Manage the integrity of the Airport security access points, through routine verification and documentation of door alarms, perform ID Badge deactivations, provide badge/key control for elevator/escalator & advertising service technicians, release and/or time open secure doors for passenger boarding and other operational matters and monitor, review & authorize access to secured areas to maintain compliance with the Airport Security Plan (ASP), 49 CFR Part 1542 and 14 CFR Part 139.
