Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and four years of progressively more responsible management analyst experience; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required. As part of the Department of Surgery Administrative and Financial team, this position will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies, programs and financial objectives for the Department and its ten Divisions in relation to accounting and finance functions, including (but not limited to) financial analysis and reporting, general accounting, payroll, and cost accounting.
