Program Manager SKC is currently seeking a Program Manager to plan, execute, and finalize program requirements according to the statement of work (SOW) and strict deadlines. The position for Program Manager consists of three components: leadership, team management and development, and program operational management. The individual selected for this position will supervise over 60 contractor person
