Job Summary

The INSPIRE GREATNESS Summer Internship offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions. Interns will support day-to-day operations, assist with project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive business objectives. This role is ideal for students who are detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and interested in understanding how strategy and execution come together in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Participating Departments

Interns may be placed within one of the following departments based on business needs, skills, and academic background:

• Customer Advocacy
• Human Resources
• Legal and Compliance
• Marketing
• Product Management
• Sales
• Strategy & Planning
• Supply Chain and Operations

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting departmental initiatives, projects, and operational workflows
• Assisting with research, data analysis, reporting, and documentation
• Maintaining trackers, dashboards, or process documentation as needed
• Coordinating with cross-functional partners to support business objectives
• Preparing presentations, summaries, or recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Participating in team meetings, planning sessions, and training activities
• Helping identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Qualification/Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in developing professionally within a corporate business environment

Program Experience

Interns will gain exposure to real business challenges and operational decision-making while developing foundational professional skills. The program emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and practical learning, with opportunities to receive guidance, feedback, and mentorship from experienced team members.

Job Type: Part-time internship

Salary Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
