Responsible for adhering to policies, operating forklifts safely, and managing inventory flow and organization.
Ensures merchandise stocking, merchandising presentation, and cleanliness meet company standards.
Provides member service by assisting with product needs, technology, and resolving issues.
Maintains facility safety through safety sweeps and hazard reporting.
Supports club pickup orders, inventory tracking, and shrink control.
Operates and maintains forklifts and equipment properly.
Engages with customers proactively, models technology support, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates leadership by fostering a respectful, inclusive, and ethical work environment, and delivering excellent service.

Minimum qualifications include 90 days of forklift experience, ability to use pallet jacks, and being 18 or older.
Preferred qualifications include customer service or retail experience and team supervision skills.
