The Data Product Analyst will gather, analyze, and organize data related to various business functions to support scalable data solutions, self-service analytics, and product innovation. Working within a global data community and cross-functional, agile teams, they will collaborate with Data Product Managers, Data Stewards, Data Scientists, Engineers, and executives to improve guest and colleague experiences worldwide.
Responsibilities include supporting requirements gathering, developing technical deliverables, verifying data requirements, and facilitating self-service capabilities. The role also involves promoting data management best practices and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis, strong SQL and MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience in hospitality, revenue management systems, cloud data environments, and data visualization is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
