Job Description
As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails. You will work closely with the PdM and engineering team to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or agile environment
- Over 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Over 1 year of experience with AWS or GCP
- Development experience in large-scale projects using Ruby on Rails
- Infrastructure setup and operation experience on cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP
- Design, development, and operation experience with Microservices architecture
- Proficiency in tuning queries and achieving high processing speeds
- Effective communication with colleagues in other roles (business, design, etc.)

Employment Conditions
- Full-time ()
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Holidays:
- Annual Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
- Paid Annual Leave: 10 or more days per year (varies depending on the month of joining)
