Qualifications include 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training is a plus.
Physical requirements include frequent standing, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs., and working in a clean room environment with PPE.
