1st Shift: Die Cast Technician in Fridley, MN!

Overview:
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a highly motivated Die Cast Technician to die cast machines that cast parts from nonferrous metals, such as aluminum.

Essential Functions:

Operate die-casting machines regulate flow, close/lock dies, activate plungers, and monitor machine speed.
Prepare and maintain dies clean, lubricate, and remove metal fragments; perform routine machine maintenance.
Handle and process castings remove from conveyor, operate trim press, and perform deburring or finishing operations.
Inspect and measure castings check for defects such as cracks or blisters, and measure using gauges.
Material handling and record keeping move metal using forklifts, count, weigh, and document materials.

Shift: 1st: Monday-Thursday
Time: 4:30AM-3:00PM
Pay: $19.67/HR

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent GED
1-6 months of related experience
