Benefits & Perks: • Starting at $19.00/hour (based on experience) • 1st Shift: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) • Friday overtime (6:00 AM–11:00 AM) • Weekly pay • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Summary: • Be part of a hands-on team keeping production moving in a steel fabrication shop • Work with equipment, materials, and teammates to get the job done right • Stay active throughout the day • Learn new skills and grow in a solid manufacturing environment Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints (you’ll know what you’re building and why) • Sort and organize parts with accuracy and attention to detail • Measure materials using tape measures and micrometers • Operate saws, hydraulic shears, hole punch equipment, and gas torches • Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes • Load and unload steel delivery trucks • Work closely with engineers, welders, and operators to keep things running smoothly Requirements: • Experience in manufacturing or fabrication • Strong attention to detail—measure twice, move once • Comfortable working with equipment and physical materials • Team-oriented with solid communication skills • Valid driver’s license (for occasional local flatbed truck driving) • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen • Willing to learn, take direction, and jump in where needed
