Seeking experienced MIG Welders for a small company in Belvidere, IL, on 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm), earning $19.00-$20.00/hour.
Responsibilities include producing quality welds, adjusting welders, maintaining tools, positioning materials, removing scrap, and communicating daily issues.
Requirements: ability to read work orders and blueprints, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, effective communication, manufacturing background, lifting up to 40lbs, and standing, walking, bending throughout the shift.
