Job Title: 2025 Senior Associate – Private Equity, Infrastructure

Job Description: Senior Associates evaluate opportunities, work with portfolio companies, lead transaction steps, manage junior staff, and contribute to the firm's growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead deal execution, including evaluation, structuring, and legal documentation.
2. Perform due diligence, develop investment theses, and coordinate with stakeholders.
3. Prepare materials for Investment Committee discussions.
4. Manage a team of investment professionals.
5. Collaborate with portfolio management teams on current investments.
6. Contribute to culture and group development.

Qualifications: Candidates should be motivated, analytical, team-oriented, with strong communication and business judgment. Prior private equity experience is preferred, infrastructure experience is not mandatory. Must be enrolled in an MBA program, expected to graduate Spring 2025, and possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid analytical background, and a passion for excellence.
