Currently hiring Assemblers for 2nd shift with a 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday, 3pm to 1am. On-the-job training provided and benefit eligibility starts on day 1.
Assembler duties include assembling, wiring, soldering, stripping, crimping, cutting wires, and making mechanical adjustments.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in mechanical/electrical manufacturing. Candidates should be able to read/write English, perform accurate measurements, and follow instructions. They should work safely, respond well to change, take responsibility, maintain a positive attitude, and function well in a team.
Pay ranges from $18.27 to $22.12 per hour plus a 10% shift premium. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), paid time off, employee assistance, tuition reimbursement, and referral bonuses.
