Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee operations during the third shift. The ideal candidate will ensure the team achieves quality, efficiency, and production goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately document production data, monitor key performance metrics, and prepare shift reports.
  2. Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Efficiency Optimization: Monitor and enhance workflow processes to maximize production output.
  4. Employee Relations: Supervise, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and adherence to company policies.
  5. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
