The University of Missouri-Columbia is currently seeking a board-eligible or board-certified internal medicine physicians to join their hospitalist team! With 10 core divisions, we are a comprehensive department, offering a full complement of fellowship programs.

Positions Available:

  • Full-time hospitalist positions
  • Nocturnist positions     

This position offers:

  • Paid malpractice along with paid renewals for Missouri license, BNDD license, and DEA license
  • Flexible block scheduling, including but not limited to a 7-on/7-off schedule
  • Opportunity to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
  • PA support on non-teaching teams
  • EMR: Cerner Powerchart
  • Average patients per day ranges from 13-22
  • Average Medicine census is 100

Our hospital is located in the heart of Missouri, between Kansas City and St. Louis. The University Hospital is a 247-bed acute care hospital and home to the regions only Level I trauma center and helicopter service.
