T3 is seeking an exceptional Account Director to join our T3 team in Austin. This role will be responsible for strategic management across multiple lines of business. This role will also be responsible for engaging with senior-level clients to drive strategies and meet clients’ marketing objectives. The role supports agency financial goals by maintaining and growing existing client relationships and contributing to efforts to establish relationships with new clients.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who really understands the challenges that clients face every day and can leverage the agency’s offerings to help our clients through these challenges. We’re looking for someone who is a natural leader, ambitious, a self-starter, and has exceptional client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will also be very well-versed in dealing with a wide variety of marketing initiatives especially in the digital realm.
Responsible for driving T3 innovation within client relationships.
Responsible for forecasting and billing oversight.
Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing account service team. Oversee assigned account team members.
Responsible for business development of existing accounts.
Responsible for driving the strategy of the clients marketing efforts.
This role requires 8+ years’ experience. Agency and interactive experience required.
Must have strong knowledge working across digital marketing channels (mobile, web marketing, social and email).
