Job Description:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business development and managing client relationships in the manufacturing and industrial services space. This hybrid role involves a mix of in-office work, field travel to job sites, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, project leads, and contractors
- Partner with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of job orders
- Visit client sites to assess needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements tailored to client requirements
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress in a CRM system
- Represent the company with professionalism and a focus on delivering results
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience; staffing or manufacturing-related sales strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the manufacturing labor market or skilled trades hiring
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable traveling up 50-75% of the time
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales practices
Additional Details:
- Hybrid role based in Nashville or Knoxville (Knoxville preferred)
