Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (AR and AP) to oversee AR and AP Specialists in a hands-on role.
Manage daily transactions, supervise 2 AR Specialists and 1 AP Specialist, and ensure accurate, timely project-based billing and payments.
Review and approve billing, resolve complex discrepancies, oversee collections, cash application, and account reconciliations.
Support month-end close, audits, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications include supervisory experience in high-volume environments, project billing expertise, understanding of contract terms, and proficiency in accounting systems.
Position offers $80K-$95K annually and requires strong attention to detail, collaboration skills, and the ability to balance leadership with active processing.
