Accounts Payable Analyst
Salary: Up to $75K, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the global accounts payable process for all organizational entities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, with correct general ledger classifications.
Communicate with vendors, manage tax forms, and handle invoice updates.
Work with management to expedite invoice approvals and resolve issues promptly.
Manage the annual tax reporting process for the organization.
Partner with senior accountants to enhance accounting practices and reporting.
Develop and maintain weekly cash reconciliations for designated entities.
Monitor cash flows and provide funding recommendations as necessary.
Maintain intercompany reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly intercompany invoices.
Review and approve Travel and Entertainment expenses monthly, contributing to periodic reporting to management.
Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and suggest policy enhancements.
Assist with annual entity audits and participate in budgeting activities as needed.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong technical accounting skills, especially in accounts payable and taxes.
