Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- The Accounts Payable specialist will code and match invoices
- Process a high volume of invoices, there are 40 different codes
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in month end with bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Cut checks and process ACH transfers
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be the backup for Accounts Receivable
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Strong Full-Cycle AP experience
- Strong Excel skills
