Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Managed full cycle Accounts Payable transactions using a highly streamlined and digital system
- Invoice volume: Approximately 1,000 per month
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly, receive proper approvals and payment is processed
- Onboard new vendors into the system, request information such as W9, contact information, addresses, etc.
- Handling month end activities for the AP
Experience Preferred of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3+ years experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills!
- Experience with Sage a plus!
- Strong excel
MaxSalary: USD68000
MinSalary: USD60000
