Responsibilities of theAR Analyst:

  • Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
  • Identify delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contact delinquent account holders to request payment
  • Reduce aging buckets exceeding 90 days and maintain A/R less than 90 days.
  • Manage the Notice of Denial report on a daily basis and rejection report on a weekly basis
  • Conduct audits using excel reports to ensure proper billing.
  • Pro-actively work various reports to assist offsite staff in maintaining proper documentation required for billing.

Preferred Qualifications of theAR Analyst:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy
