Overview of the opportunity:
- Managing and processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, issuing payment reminders, and initiating collection efforts as necessary.
- Coordinating with internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve payment issues.
- Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
