Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service, empathy, and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policies
  • Adaptability and composure under pressure

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs occasionally
  • Standing and walking during shifts
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of applicable medical office experience
