We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Arcadia, Florida, to support property operations and enhance guest and resident experiences.
- Greet guests professionally and maintain open communication with staff.
- Collaborate with management to foster a cohesive team representing quality and professionalism.
- Process accounts payable and manage procurement card reconciliations.
- Organize files, order supplies, and research activities.
- Assist with company-sponsored events and participate in training.
- Handle telephone inquiries, run errands, and perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, automated accounting systems), and flexibility to work weekends.
