The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, secretarial, and advertising support under supervision.
Responsibilities include processing real estate transactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating advertisements, managing signage and lock box inventories, and performing general office duties such as filing, typing, and greeting visitors.
Supports transaction processes, deposits, and file coordination with the team.
Required skills include excellent customer service, professional communication, strong clerical and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and experience with social media and Canva preferred.
High school diploma required; prior office experience and knowledge of accounting are desirable.
Must work independently with good judgment, problem-solving skills, and maintain confidentiality.
