Based in the job trailer, they report to the site project manager and assist with employee orientation, time tracking, payroll reports, material requests, safety events, permits, and equipment tracking. They also handle expense processing, signage, safety supplies, communication with HR, and general administrative tasks. The role requires strong computer, organizational, communication, and customer service skills to ensure smooth project operations and support the site team effectively.
