We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our property management team at a Section 8 development in Chicago, IL.
- Provide superior customer service to residents and handle inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
- Manage correspondence, reports, and maintenance paperwork in compliance with HUD regulations.
- Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Must obtain or have a state Leasing License, and demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills.
- Willing to work in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and interact effectively with diverse individuals, handling resident issues diplomatically.
