This Administrative Assistant, Facilities - Fixed Term role is a 6-month temporary position based in North Phoenix, AZ, supporting facility operations in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities include
- scheduling and supporting meetings, documenting follow-up actions, and managing department supplies and inventory,
- assisting with budget and purchase processes,
- organizing employee training and activities,
- administering equipment planning for facilities and production needs, and
- utilizing MS Office tools for data analysis and communication.
Requirements include - a Bachelor’s degree,
- at least 3 years of administrative or project coordination experience,
- proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
- strong communication skills,
- and
- ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
