The Administrative Assistant for the Dual Credit Program is a part-time position within the Academic Partnerships department, supporting the program's operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide administrative support by coordinating with school districts and internal teams.
- Communicate with prospective and current students via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Assist with outreach, recruitment, and planning of student workshops and academic advising.
- Monitor student progress and support retention and success initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote a student-centered environment focused on achievement and program completion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
