This role provides comprehensive administrative support for pastoral and ministry activities, including managing calendars, communications, and meeting preparations.
It oversees staff development events, creative team gatherings, staff rallies, and staff care initiatives to foster engagement and morale.
Responsibilities also include coordinating special services, large-scale gifts, and production support, along with managing budgets and renewals for various ministry areas.
Additional duties involve handling logistics for special events, food truck scheduling, and Paylocity payroll processes.
The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a Christ-centered attitude, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.
