The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time day role, working Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays from 8 am to 7 pm.
This role involves managing two front desk receptionists, supporting multiple leaders/departments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Answering and routing calls politely and accurately
- Greeting visitors professionally and directing them appropriately
- Processing and distributing lead inquiries to Admission staff
- Assisting with admission events and special projects
- Managing data entry, mail projects, and assessment facilitation
- Handling campus purchase orders, office supplies, and inventory
- Coordinating maintenance requests and managing shipping/receiving
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of administrative experience, and strong customer service skills.
