Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant III supports their manager and team through a range of specialized and administrative tasks, ensuring service excellence.
- Coordinates and communicates meetings for internal/external clients
- Answers phones, routes calls, and provides information, referring issues as needed
- Manages office supplies, marketing materials, and vendor payments
- Assists teammates and covers duties during absences
- Schedules meetings, conference calls, and manages facility/lodging arrangements
- Acts as liaison for office maintenance and vendor relations
- Prepares correspondence and logs activities using Microsoft Office and client systems
- Handles ad-hoc reporting and projects
Requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), 4+ years supporting a supervisor/manager, strong communication skills, tech proficiency, and the ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
