The position of Administrative Assistant is a full-time role supporting the Service Department's daily operations and overall city functions.
Responsibilities include customer service, communication with city staff and residents, administrative support, scheduling, invoice processing, and problem-solving. The role requires coordinating work activities, maintaining records, and serving as a backup Office Coordinator.
Necessary skills include excellent communication, customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, basic math, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements include at least 2 years of administrative and front-facing customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED (associate's or bachelor's preferred), and a valid Ohio driver's license.
Salary ranges from $12.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience.
