Join a diverse and innovative team as a full-time Administrative Assistant supporting the Executive Director of Institutional Development.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, managing files, coordinating meetings, recording minutes, assisting with event logistics, and providing excellent customer service to faculty, staff, students, donors, and visitors.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, four years of secretarial experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and successful background check.

Preferred: Experience with Blackbaud Raisers Edge, nonprofit customer service, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Salary: $31,000/year.
