Responsibilities include answering high-volume calls, opening and closing service orders, resolving customer issues, managing warranty parts, and generating reports. Additional duties involve assisting technicians, routing parts calls, maintaining a professional office environment, and performing other tasks as needed. The position requires 1-3 years of administrative and 2 years of computer experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a typing speed of 50 WPM or higher. Some lifting up to 50 pounds, significant computer and phone use, and occasional travel are expected. Ideal candidates are organized, accurate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
