The Institutional Effectiveness Administrative Assistant II provides advanced clerical support for grants, contracts, assessments, planning, and reporting, assisting with data entry, budget tracking, inventory, meeting coordination, and report preparation.
Reports to the IE Director and requires travel within a multi-county service area.
Responsibilities include supporting personnel functions, processing documents, conducting research, maintaining databases, supporting meetings, and managing supplies.
Requires proficiency in computer software (e.g., Word, Excel, WebEx), strong communication skills, and knowledge of office procedures.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree with one year of experience or a high school diploma/equivalent with two years of relevant work experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience at a post-secondary institution, data entry, and budget tracking.
Salary ranges from $32,244 to $34,800 annually, with full-time benefits.
