Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in Lubbock, TX, to support a Texas Home Visiting Program.
Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, handling all incoming calls, preparing correspondence, and ensuring accurate data entry into the DFPS PEIS database for participant services, registration, and outcomes.
Other duties involve preparing invoices, monthly billing, maintaining accounting logs, and managing office needs and correspondence.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D., with preferred experience in child development, parent education, or community resources.
Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
