Key duties include coordinating the dispatch of technicians based on skills and locations, handling customer inquiries professionally, validating work completion, maintaining documentation, and following company procedures. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends is required.
Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, dispatching experience preferred, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and reliability. Experience with systems like AS400 is a plus.
