The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, answering calls, composing memos, transcribing notes, and creating presentations.
Additional duties involve generating reports using MS Office, supporting multiple projects, handling invoices and expense reports, addressing public and customer queries, and maintaining staff movement records.
Other responsibilities include preparing documents, sorting mail, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and conference rooms, maintaining office organization, and coordinating catering.
Requirements include at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong computer skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, excellent communication, high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, typing speed of at least 60 WPM, professionalism, customer service skills, attention to detail, initiative, reliability, and stress tolerance.
Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
