The Admin Assistant supports HR and daily operations by assisting with recruiting, scheduling, organization, and internal coordination. Working closely with the HR & Admin Manager, they help streamline hiring, logistics, and information management, allowing leadership to focus on strategic tasks.
Required skills include excellent multitasking, strong communication, proactive attitude, high attention to detail, discretion with sensitive info, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
