This Administrative Assistant role is a front desk position paying $15/hr, with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering calls, generating inventory reports, managing aged inventory, processing warranties and returns, coordinating with staff, updating spreadsheets, and communicating with vendors and other departments.
Ideal candidates are friendly, self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Previous front desk, retail, or warranty processing experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Google systems, and English is required; additional languages and computer skills are advantageous. Well-organized, responsible, team-oriented, reliable, and friendly in phone conversations are essential qualities.
