This is a full-time contract Administrative Assistant role based in Omaha, NE, starting on 5/4/2026, supporting operations and services teams.
The position involves managing administrative functions such as document handling, work orders, scheduling, and customer communications. The ideal candidate will multitask effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with team members and clients.
Key responsibilities include supporting customer service, implementing document procedures, managing deadlines, developing reports in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and utilizing web-based tools for record management. Experience with engineering or construction teams and advanced software skills are preferred.
