We are seeking a full-time, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities include managing scheduling, correspondence, and documentation; assisting with accounts payable and receivable, including billing and project documentation; maintaining records; coordinating with vendors; and supporting management with reporting and special projects.
Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, experience with accounts payable/receivable, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred qualifications are construction industry experience, bilingual abilities, and familiarity with project management software.
Work is on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
