Responsibilities include preparing and editing technical reports, coordinating with project teams, researching property info, setting up new projects, managing files, acting as a liaison with clients and agencies, supporting proposal and report preparation, maintaining calendars, and assisting with business development.
Requirements: High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year of administrative support experience, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in engineering or construction firms is a plus.
