Supports Membership staff with administrative tasks, member services, and event planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; manages website updates and promotional materials.
Handles correspondence, reservations, member inquiries, and assists realtors with membership info.
Acts as receptionist, provides concierge services, and helps coordinate member events, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
Must multitask in a fast-paced environment, stand, sit, and lift up to 15 lbs.
Potential to transition to full-time.
