The Administrative Assistant provides diverse administrative and record-keeping support, operating independently to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Responsibilities include answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person; scheduling meetings and conferences; maintaining reports and distributing data; ordering supplies; and handling routine departmental tasks.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree with 1-2 years of experience or 4-6 years of equivalent office experience, with preferred knowledge of financial markets/products.
Proficiency in office software, file maintenance, communication skills, basic accounting, and multitasking are essential.
The role involves office work with physical requirements up to 20 lbs.
